About this project
This modern villa in DHA Phase 6 needed a complete window upgrade. The old aluminium frames were draughty, noisy and hard to maintain. The owners wanted a brighter, quieter home with a clean modern look.
Skizo replaced every window and door with multi-chambered uPVC. The highlight is a large splayed bay window in the living room that floods the space with daylight and opens up the garden view. Sliding patio doors connect the lounge to the terrace, while casement windows with double glazing keep the bedrooms cool and quiet.
The project was completed in phases so the family could stay in the house throughout. All 27 units were installed in under three weeks, including finishing and cleanup.
